JMP® Genomics Partners
Through its JMP Genomics software, SAS has developed partnerships with leaders in array platform and genomic software development. JMP Genomics has achieved Affymetrix® GeneChip® compatibility for expression, exon expression and SNP analysis, and JMP Genomics 3.0 supports both the new Affymetrix Human Gene 1.0 ST Array and Genome-Wide SNP Array 5.0.
The recent announcement of the Illumina® Connect program included SAS among the charter members of the program through its JMP Genomics software. JMP Genomics users also may import Illumina SNP and expression data for further analysis.
Users of JMP Genomics also can take advantage of a connection to the pathway exploration tools in Ingenuity® Pathways Analysis. The IPA Upload process, new in JMP Genomics 2.0.4, allows users of Ingenuity Pathways Analysis and JMP Genomics to launch statistical results directly into IPA from JMP Genomics to further explore biological connections between statistically relevant genes.
