If you are using an older version of JMP Genomics:

You must first request a complimentary upgrade to JMP Genomics 3.0 and then download the 3.2 update.

Existing users of JMP Genomics can obtain a free copy of JMP Genomics 3.0 by following this process:

• Have your license administrator send an e-mail to . The body of the e-mail should include your company name, contract and site numbers.
• If the contract and site numbers cannot be located, call SAS Contracts at 800-727-0025.
