Can I get the process capability index CPK?

Version 4 and higher: Yes. From the Distribution output, select Capability Analysis from the column's pulldown menu and fill in the dialog. To save the limits and target back to the data table, choose Save--> Spec Limits from the same menu.

Version 3: Yes. From the Distribution of Y output, select Set Spec. Limits... from the pop-up menu and fill in the dialog.
