I want to test for equal variances in my groups. Can I?

Yes, through the Fit Y by X platform. Select continuous Y and nominal or ordinal X, and choose Unequal Variances in the analysis pop-up menu. You will get the following tests: O'Brien(.5), Brown-Forsythe, Levene, and Bartlett.
