Monica Beals
Before joining SAS, Monica Beals worked for nearly ten years as a biology laboratory instructor and lecturer for the University of Tennessee. Monica also had a two-year research assistantship at the university for a project funded by the National Science Foundation. The project was aimed at increasing undergraduate mathematical literacy. Monica earned a Master’s and a Ph.D. in ecology and evolutionary biology and a Master's in statistics from the University of Tennessee, as well as her Bachelor’s in biology from Earlham College.
